Role Overview

As a Cleaning Operative at Mitie, you will be responsible for maintaining cleaning equipment in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). You will develop comprehensive knowledge of the assigned cleaning areas, including appropriate timing for cleaning tasks, chemicals, and equipment used, while strictly complying with health and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

You will work both autonomously and as part of a team to deliver high standards of cleanliness and customer service. Your duties include attending all necessary training to fulfill your role effectively, creating positive and productive relationships with customers, and seeking continuous improvement opportunities to exceed expectations.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal applicant should have basic English communication and reading skills. While prior cleaning experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. A flexible, honest, self-motivated, and dependable attitude combined with professionalism is essential.
