Job Overview

This role is an on-call, field-based cleaner position located in Orillia, Ontario, Canada. Although the job is remote, candidates must reside in the specified city or region and be available for occasional in-person events such as meetings, training, or company gatherings.

Role Details and Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties including move-out, turnover, and post-maintenance or renovation deep cleans.
• Prepare homes for new occupants and provide housekeeping services for occupied residences when scheduled.
• Clean multiple areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, hallways, and common areas.
• Perform detailed cleaning inside appliances, cabinets, closets, baseboards, and windowsills.
• Carry out dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and debris removal.
• Conduct a final quality check before concluding assignments.
• Take completion photographs when required and report any damage or maintenance issues needing follow-up.
• Update job status via a mobile work application and travel directly between properties.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years of paid experience in professional residential cleaning.
• Ability to work independently and reliably perform assigned cleaning tasks.
• Experience with move-out, turnover, deep cleaning, or housekeeping operations.
• Own a dependable vehicle, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
• Possess a smartphone capable of GPS, mobile app use, photography, and job reporting.
• Basic English communication skills and strong organizational habits.
• Attention to detail, consistent quality delivery, professionalism in communication, and the ability to identify and report issues.

Preferred Experience

• Residential turnover and property preparation cleaning.
• Post-maintenance or renovation cleaning.
• Cleaning apartments and condominiums.
• Handling move-in and move-out cleaning assignments.
• Experience in high-volume residential cleaning environments.
