Key Duties

• Perform move-in and move-out cleaning for rental residences.
• Conduct comprehensive turnover cleaning in vacant homes and apartments.
• Provide regular housekeeping services in occupied homes as needed.
• Clean all essential areas including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, floors, and common surfaces.
• Detail-oriented cleaning tasks such as baseboards, inside cabinets, and appliances.
• Use a mobile application to receive jobs, follow instructions, navigate with GPS, upload photos, and update status.
• Self-inspect completed work to ensure quality compliance with company standards.
• Report any property damage, maintenance issues, or areas that cannot be properly cleaned.
• Travel independently using own vehicle between appointments.

Requirements

• At least two years of verifiable paid experience in professional cleaning.
• Ability to perform both turnover and regular housekeeping cleaning thoroughly.
• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle for travel and supply transport.
• Own cleaning tools and supplies necessary to fulfill residential cleaning appointments.
• Own a compatible smartphone capable of operating a mobile work app, GPS, photo capture, and job update functions.
• Proficient with cleaning detailed home areas like floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances.
• Capable of working autonomously while adhering to provided cleaning guidelines.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Dependable and punctual with ability to manage GPS-verified arrival times.
