Key Responsibilities
- Transform practical insurance procedures into formalized tasks for AI application.
- Assess AI outputs for correctness, reasoning quality, and relevance to business needs.
- Handle use cases such as underwriting, claims management, actuarial evaluations, and insurance operations.
- Detect deficiencies, rare situations, and failure points in AI model results.
- Document all assumptions, decision-making processes, and thought patterns transparently.
- Provide structured recommendations to enhance AI performance and results.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of professional experience within the insurance industry.
- Recent practical roles as Underwriter, Risk Specialist, or Actuary.
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance workflows and operational processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail capable of analyzing complex, real-life scenarios.
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, remote work environment.
Work Style and Expectations
