Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Develop design schemes by preparing detailed drawings and Building Information Modeling (BIM) for project proposals.
• Plan construction timelines, sequences, and resource allocation specifically tailored for civil engineering works.
• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams including Structural, Geotechnical, Traffic, Electrical & Mechanical, and Environmental experts to integrate design requirements into the scheme.
• Create professional presentation materials using PowerPoint for meetings, public consultations, and coordination purposes.
• Prepare CAD drawings, BIM models, and layout designs to support reports, meetings, and public engagements.
• Draft technical write-ups and design schematics to assist in bid submissions.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance company digitalization efforts.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a degree in Civil Engineering.
• Have at least 3 years of practical civil engineering experience.
• Preferably hold a minimum of 2 years experience working on Civil Projects such as Road, Infrastructure, and Site Formation.
• Experience meeting Hong Kong standards or equivalent in a similar civil engineering role is advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project), Primavera P6, Bentley MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D software.
• Chartered Engineer status (MICE or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Strong command of both written and spoken Chinese and English languages.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Motivated to learn and apply AI technologies.
