Red Hibiscus Info Solutions is seeking Chat Support Executives for its travel process based in Pratap Nagar, Jaipur. This role requires candidates to work from the office, interacting with customers via chat to resolve travel-related inquiries effectively.

Work Details

• Location: Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan
• Work mode: Onsite (Work From Office)
• Shift pattern: 24/7 rotational shifts
• Working days: 5 days per week with 2 rotational weekly offs
• Interview mode: Face-to-face locally, virtual for outstation candidates

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage customer queries through chat platforms promptly and professionally
• Support customers regarding travel and ride-related issues
• Ensure accurate and timely resolutions to customer problems
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and experience quality
• Adhere strictly to process guidelines and achieve designated performance targets

Candidate Requirements

• Graduates or undergraduates eligible to apply
• Strong English communication and typing skills
• Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
• Preference given to local Jaipur candidates due to the requirement of face-to-face interviews and onsite working

Compensation and Incentives

• CTC of ₹27,000 including ₹2,500 performance-linked incentive (PLI)
• Salary structure: ₹24,500 base CTC plus ₹2,500 PLI
• Approximate in-hand salary about ₹20,000 plus applicable PLI
