Role Overview
Provide vital support within the main production kitchen focusing on plating patient meals and managing the distribution and collection of food trolleys. Responsibilities also include washing and preparing returned items for the next meal cycle, adhering to detailed procedures outlined in the Catering Operations Manual relevant to each task.
