Role Overview

The Category Manager role centers on managing on-ground operations, including partner onboarding and enhancing the quality of the existing partner network. This position entails comprehensive ownership of initiatives, encompassing problem-solving, analysis, process optimization, and execution. Supporting business leaders in routine category management tasks such as supply and demand planning and revenue forecasting is also part of the responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and onboarding of skilled service providers by overseeing the entire supply chain: sourcing, selection, and partner training.
• Participate in projects aimed at boosting both customer and partner satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, technology, and product, to implement category and company-wide projects.

Candidate Profile

• Energetic and ambitious professionals ready to exceed expectations and create meaningful impact.
• Experience ranging from 6 months to 2 years in relevant roles.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, handle ambiguous challenges, and drive results.
