Cart Attendant

Job Summary

Cart Attendants play an essential role in shaping customers' initial and final experiences at Walmart stores. Their responsibilities include collecting shopping carts from the parking areas, operating equipment to transport carts indoors, and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of carts at all times. This role requires maintaining a positive attitude regardless of weather conditions.

Compensation and Work Details

The pay range for this position is $14 to $27 per hour, with the guaranteed wage meeting or surpassing the legal minimum applicable in the work location. Additional financial incentives include annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Furthermore, depending on specific factors such as shift schedule, work location, season, or particular job duties, employees may earn premiums varying between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour. Multiple premiums can be accrued if the conditions are met.

This is a full-time position with available shifts during mid-day and closing hours.
