Cart Attendant

About the Role

As a Cart Attendant at Walmart Supercenter #1403 in Cornelia, GA, you will play an essential role in creating a positive first and last impression for customers. Responsibilities include collecting and transporting shopping carts from the parking lot to the store, operating equipment to assist in this process, and ensuring carts are clean and well-maintained. This position requires a friendly attitude and the ability to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions.

Compensation and Schedule

• The hourly wage ranges between $14 and $27 per hour, which meets or exceeds the minimum wage requirements for the location.
• Additional pay incentives include annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Extra premiums may be paid based on shift schedules, facility, season, or specific tasks, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. Multiple premiums can apply simultaneously.
• Available shifts include mid-shift and closing hours.
