Job Overview

Elite Management Services is seeking a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to oversee smooth operations across their Western line outlets in Andheri and Colaba, as well as the Harbor line outlet in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai. This role involves managing customer interactions, stock, sales teams, and daily cash handling for effective store management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient day-to-day functioning of the assigned stores in Mumbai's Western and Harbor line locations.
• Assist walk-in customers by guiding their purchases while actively promoting upselling of products.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
• Supervise, motivate, and train counter sales staff to enhance their performance.
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns aimed at business growth.
• Oversee inventory management and maintain control over stock levels.
• Manage food orders placed via e-commerce platforms effectively.
• Handle cash transactions and accounts including preparation of daily sales reports.
• Coordinate and report regularly to the Store In-charge.
• Efficiently open and close the store as per assigned rosters.
