Role Purpose
The Butler provides exceptional hospitality and personalized executive assistance to the Chairwoman, VIP guests, and senior leaders. This position ensures flawless daily hospitality operations within the Chairwoman's Office, maintaining high standards of service, discretion, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer top-tier hospitality services to the Chairwoman, executives, and distinguished guests.
- Prepare and serve drinks and refreshments aligning with global hospitality standards.
- Arrange meeting rooms for executive and board meetings, ensuring confidentiality and readiness before and after sessions.
- Anticipate the Chairwoman's needs, proactively preparing for meetings and appointments.
- Welcome and escort VIP visitors courteously and discreetly.
- Manage arrival protocols for dignitaries, partners, and international guests.
- Coordinate with reception, security, drivers, and assistants to create smooth guest experiences.
- Organize hospitality for board meetings, executive events, and private occasions.
- Maintain pantry, dining, and hospitality supplies in the Chairwoman's office.
- Collaborate with catering vendors for executive lunches and special functions.
- Monitor and restock premium pantry items and hospitality supplies.
- Keep executive office spaces tidy and orderly throughout the day.
- Coordinate with Facilities, Administration, Housekeeping, Security, and Drivers to ensure office preparedness.
- Support hospitality arrangements related to travel when needed.
- Assist with corporate events coordinated by the Chairwoman's Office.
- Manage confidential tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain inventory of pantry goods, tableware, linens, and hospitality equipment, ensuring presentation standards.
- Exhibit impeccable grooming, etiquette, protocol knowledge, and cultural awareness.
- Proactively address needs without requiring guidance.
- Preserve full confidentiality concerning all executive matters.
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferably holds a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or closely related fields.
- Butler Certification or accreditation in Luxury Hospitality is advantageous.
- Has 3 to 5 years of experience as a Butler, Executive Butler, VIP Butler, or in segments of luxury hospitality.
- Experience supporting CEOs, Chairpersons, Royal families, UHNWIs, or top executives is highly valued.
- Background in 5-star hotels, upscale residences, executive lounges, or private offices is preferred.
