Job Overview

This position entails managing and optimizing core user-related KPIs, developing and enhancing weekly and monthly business monitoring frameworks, and tracking progress toward business goals.

Strategic Research and Insights

Apply a mix of data analysis, user research, and market studies to deeply investigate critical business challenges and deliver clear strategic recommendations.

Operational Strategy Support

Collaborate closely with the operations team to design, analyze, and evaluate user-side subsidies, promotional events, traffic strategies, and drive A/B testing with iterative improvements.

Data Product Management

Coordinate internal data product requisites such as dashboards, data retrieval, and user tagging. Work alongside product and technical teams to ensure reliable data infrastructure delivery.

AI Integration

Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot to assist daily tasks, enhancing output quality and efficiency. Proactively explore and implement best AI application practices within the role.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in internet, consulting, or related industries with backgrounds in operations, data science, or business analysis.
• Exceptional logical thinking and problem-solving skills with a structured approach and effective presentation of results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of driving cross-departmental alignment proactively.
• Highly self-motivated and results-driven, able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools; experience in dashboard building or data visualization considered a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Passion for gaining deep insights into Saudi consumer behavior, local culture, and market trends.
