About the Role

Based in Bucharest, Romania with flexibility to work anywhere in the EU, this hybrid position seeks a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth in the iGaming sector. The focus will be on cultivating strategic partnerships, spotting new business prospects, and increasing adoption of innovative gaming solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the iGaming industry.
• Build and sustain lasting relationships with operators, affiliates, and key industry players.
• Lead negotiations and close significant deals to foster long-term growth.
• Represent the company at relevant industry conferences and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient client onboarding.
• Provide regular sales and business development reports to senior leadership.

Additional tasks include conducting market research and delivering presentations to operators. Prior experience in iGaming and superior negotiation capabilities are essential.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in business development or sales, ideally within the iGaming domain.
• Established network in the online casino and gaming markets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation proficiency.
• Capability to manage all stages of the sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to deal closure.
• Well-versed in current iGaming industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Self-driven, goal-focused, and effective both independently and collaboratively.
• Fluency in English mandatory; knowledge of other languages advantageous.
