Business Development Manager - Corporate Training Programs

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager specialized in Corporate Training Programs to join a leading corporate learning and consultancy firm situated in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This company has a strong presence throughout the GCC and focuses on human capital development and tailored learning solutions targeting mid-sized and large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts across Saudi Arabia.
• Discover and cultivate new business opportunities by leveraging networking, market insights, and existing contacts.
• Establish and nurture relationships with HR Directors, Heads of Learning & Development, Talent Management executives, and influential decision-makers.
• Assess client training needs and propose bespoke learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and tailored recommendations that address client objectives effectively.
• Handle the entire sales process—from lead acquisition through client engagement, negotiation, to deal closure.
• Consistently meet or surpass revenue and business growth targets.
• Enhance current client partnerships through proactive account management and cross-selling or upselling.
• Advocate for digital and e-learning solutions among prospective and existing clients.

Candidate Profile

• Five to ten or more years of experience in business development, corporate training sales, learning solutions, executive education, or L&D consulting.
• Proven success in reaching sales targets within a B2B corporate context.
• In-depth knowledge of the Saudi corporate sector with an established professional network.
• Experience in marketing customized learning solutions and overseeing enterprise accounts.
• Strong skills in consultative selling, communication, presentation, and negotiation.
• Ability to diagnose client challenges and deliver tailored learning interventions.

Preferred Backgrounds and Additional Skills

• Backgrounds in corporate training and learning solution providers, professional training and certification companies, or leadership development organizations are favored.
• Experience collaborating with banking and financial services clients is a plus.
• Familiarity with compliance, risk, professional certification, leadership training, or digital learning offerings is desirable.
• Existing connections with HR and L&D decision-makers in Saudi Arabia provide a competitive edge.

Compensation and Location

The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering a monthly salary in the range of 18000 to 24000 SAR.
