Business Development Executive - Field Sales

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our field sales team. The primary responsibility will be to identify and bring onboard SMB customers, accomplish cold outreach, and close deals that foster long-term business relationships.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in daily team stand-up meetings.
• Conduct frequent meetings with HR professionals and decision-makers across customer organizations.
• Record all client interactions and meetings promptly in the CRM system, noting that only CRM-logged meetings will contribute to performance metrics.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales closure targets.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of a graduate degree.
• Have at least two years of sales experience specifically in relevant industries like online payments, e-commerce, internet services, or software products.
• Proficiency in SMB sales strategies, B2B sales processes, lead generation tactics, cold calling techniques, and negotiation skills.
• Mandatory possession of a valid bike driving license.
• Age between 22 and 35 years.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed salary in the range of ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month accompanied by performance-based incentives totaling up to ₹5,000.
