Key Duties

• Initiate contact with potential clients via telephone calls and consistent follow-ups.
• Identify and evaluate promising leads through company databases and marketing efforts.
• Present details about the firm's stock market advisory services and investment offerings.
• Convert prospects into paying customers and sustain ongoing relationships.
• Collaborate with the Research and Advisory teams for seamless client onboarding.
• Maintain precise documentation of client communications using CRM tools.
• Meet sales objectives on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Keep informed about latest market developments and company products.
• Address client questions promptly to ensure superior customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent oral communication in Hindi and English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficient in sales techniques and managing client relationships.
• Basic understanding of stock market and financial instruments preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
• Goal-driven and maintaining a positive mindset.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates holding a bachelor's degree in any discipline are eligible. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Preferred candidates have 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or financial services.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary range between 16000 and 27000 INR.
