About the Role

As a Business Analytics Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting the financial and operational oversight of pricing and Discount Guarantee programs through detailed reconciliations, data validation, and comprehensive reporting reflecting customer financial outcomes. Your efforts will uphold audit readiness by maintaining detailed documentation and resolving data discrepancies, collaborating closely across Finance, Underwriting, Account Management, and operational divisions to ensure the integrity of Discount Guarantee processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct annual reconciliations of customer Discount Guarantees and manage related inquiries to confirm completeness and accuracy.
  • Develop quarterly reports detailing customer claims and performance with a meticulous focus on data accuracy.
  • Assist auditors by analyzing discrepancies, creating clear documentation, and facilitating prompt issue resolution.
  • Maintain and support reconciliation models, MAC analysis tools, and data-warehouse resources to ensure consistent, reliable data outputs.
  • Contribute analytical support for enhancing departmental tools, reporting methods, and documentation procedures.
  • Participate in Open Enrollment activities by updating Discount Guarantee configurations and verifying accuracy of related data and documentation.
  • Prepare and process customer refund requests aligned with established protocols and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to address routine financial and operational queries.
  • Support maintenance of Discount Guarantee configurations under guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Attention to detail and precise execution in supporting reconciliations, quarterly reports, and refund procedures.
