Role Summary

We are seeking a Business Account Rater to join a project focused on personalized AI response assessment for professional users. Utilizing your primary Google Workspace (Corporate Gmail) account, you will analyze how effectively AI leverages business email history to create relevant and customized replies. This role demands critical analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and objective evaluation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Examine AI-generated responses by referencing your professional email communications and business account usage.
• Judge the accuracy, usefulness, personalization, and relevance of AI replies.
• Detect issues such as improper personalization, unfounded assumptions, or irrelevant suggestions.
• Compare several AI responses to identify the one delivering a superior user experience.
• Offer comprehensive, well-justified feedback to enhance AI model performance.
• Consistently apply project guidelines for uniform and precise evaluations.
• Safeguard data privacy and comply rigorously with confidentiality policies throughout the assessment process.

Key Qualifications and Requirements

• Fluency at a native level in one of the following: German, Japanese, Korean, or French.
• Current residency outside the United States.
• Ownership of an active Google Workspace (Corporate Gmail) account regularly used for professional communication.
• Gmail display and the majority of inbox emails set to the target language.
• A substantial business inbox with approximately 1,000 or more emails and routine account activity.
• Consent to use your primary business account for evaluation purposes and complete required consents.
• Exceptional analytical ability to assess subtle nuances in AI interactions.
• Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing AI responses to catch minor errors or inconsistencies.
• Strong written communication skills for delivering clear, structured feedback.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently within a remote environment.
• Access to a desktop or laptop with reliable internet connectivity.

Education and Experience

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Prior experience related to AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance is preferred but not mandatory.

Offer Details

• Work mode: Fully remote.
• Compensation: $2000 monthly net (take-home pay).
• Availability: Minimum 4 hours daily, up to 40 hours weekly, with 4 hours overlapping PST time zone.
