As part of the Syringes Systems business unit, Gerresheimer Bünde GmbH operates one of the world’s most modern production facilities for prefillable syringe systems and cartridges. With around 800 employees, the Bünde site in the Herford district serves as the group’s competence center for syringes used in long-term storage of medicines such as vaccines.

Role overview

In this role, you will support improvement initiatives focused on standardization, process optimization, automation, technology solutions, and evaluating overall business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Create and roll out standardized reports and automated analyses in Power BI.
• Automate KPI tracking and action monitoring, and help build a centralized reporting environment.
• Develop and use data-driven metrics to assess operational efficiency.
• Present operational KPIs, actions, and progress updates to management.
• Carry out in-depth analyses to identify efficiency gains and cost savings, and develop a comprehensive reporting system.
• Track performance indicators and spot trends that support continuous improvement.
• Build models, simulations, and optimization approaches to improve process design.
• Lead and manage AI and digitalization projects.
• Identify and evaluate methods and process improvements that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Candidate profile

• A completed degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, or a similar field.
• Solid expertise and several years of professional experience in a comparable area.
• Experience preparing meaningful management reports and KPI dashboards, with familiarity in business intelligence tools and databases.
• Strong data orientation plus an analytical, structured, and solution-focused working style, along with a strong interest in digitalization and artificial intelligence.
• Very good communication and presentation skills.
• Business-fluent German and English skills.
