Role Overview

Our partner company seeks a skilled Business Analyst based in Ireland to play an essential role in developing innovative fintech solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive business analysis on fintech projects, product developments, and platform upgrades.
• Examine market trends, competitor actions, and industry shifts to spot opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Collect, assess, and prioritize product needs from various stakeholders including clients and focus groups.
• Prepare detailed documentation such as business requirements, user stories, use cases, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Detect gaps in current products or processes and propose feasible solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams and external vendors to facilitate API and SDK integrations.
• Offer technical support and guidance to sales, operations, and partner engineering teams.
• Engage in solution testing, problem resolution, implementation, and ongoing post-launch monitoring.
• Create technical documents, integration manuals, user guides, and training resources for both internal and external users.
• Promote knowledge sharing and deliver product demonstrations to relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure successful implementation of business and technology solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Finance, or a related area.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Manager, or a comparable position.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques, requirements gathering, and project management methodologies.
• Background working with fintech, SaaS platforms, or digital financial products is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of API integration processes and experience collaborating with technical teams on third-party integrations.
• Understanding of usability and UI/UX principles, with familiarity using design tools such as Figma.
• Basic technical skills in SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Competent in using Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, and Google Workspace.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interface sketches.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication capabilities for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows.
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher.
