Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to serve as an essential liaison connecting business stakeholders, healthcare clients, and the technical development team. This position involves collecting, scrutinizing, and documenting requirements to ensure that healthcare IT solutions meet clinical workflows, regulatory compliance, and strategic business objectives. The role supports the definition of product functionalities, facilitates User Acceptance Testing, and contributes to successful delivery and implementation of healthcare IT products like HIS, EMR/EHR, LIMS, PACS, among others.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders including clinicians and clients to accurately gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Lead workshops, conduct interviews, and analyze workflows to deeply understand healthcare operational processes.
• Convert business requirements into precise functional and technical specifications while identifying gaps, dependencies, and potential risks.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of healthcare IT systems workflows including HIS, EMR/EHR, LIMS, and PACS and ensure alignment with industry compliance standards such as HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, ABDM, NABH, and ISO.
• Coordinate closely with Quality Assurance teams to validate clinical scenarios and ensure compliance adherence.
• Develop and maintain essential project documents including Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications, and User Stories with thorough requirements traceability.
• Facilitate clear communication across clients, developers, testers, and product managers to promote shared understanding and project alignment.
• Support User Acceptance Testing by drafting test cases, validating requirement fulfillment, and coordinating client feedback, approvals, and sign-offs.
• Deliver end-user training and ongoing functional support during system deployment.
• Evaluate current workflows and recommend enhancements to promote operational efficiency, product feature adoption, and opportunities for automation and integration in clinical workflows.

Educational Requirement

The position requires candidates to have completed a B.Tech or B.E. in any engineering specialization.
