Role Overview
This full-time position is remote but requires travel as part of the job. The Business Analyst will collect, document, and analyze business requirements to aid strategic and operational efforts within the company and its investments. Daily tasks include assessing business workflows, spotting opportunities for enhancement, and converting observations into actionable recommendations and documentation. The role also involves creating reports and presentations, working with stakeholders to clarify objectives, and supporting the implementation of new processes or tools. Additional duties include conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, maintaining project records, and ensuring alignment between business goals and organizational strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical aptitude and business analysis skills to interpret data, recognize patterns, and back data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication abilities to clearly articulate complex ideas and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Expertise in business process analysis to chart workflows, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.
- Competence in gathering and documenting business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into clear, organized specifications.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet software, data visualization platforms, and presentation tools (such as Excel, PowerPoint, or business intelligence applications).
- Experience in consulting, finance, or investment sectors is considered an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
