About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Convert business requirements into detailed functional specs, process maps, and user stories to guide engineering, product, and compliance teams.
• Lead stakeholder interviews, facilitate workshops, and perform gap analyses to document current workflows and conceptualize future process enhancements.
• Manage comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), process diagrams using BPMN and UML, and establish acceptance criteria for sprint cycles.
• Work closely with data engineers and analysts to verify KPIs, metric dashboards, and reporting frameworks aligned with organizational objectives.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect prioritization, and oversee change control for complex fintech systems such as credit underwriting, automation of collections, and KYC processes.
• Evaluate the return on investment of implemented projects by applying cost-benefit analysis and incorporating stakeholder feedback.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experienced with project management and issue tracking tools JIRA and Confluence.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including the use of PivotTables, VLOOKUP functions, and macros.
• Skilled in business process modeling with UML and BPMN standards.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in eliciting requirements and mapping business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP FICO or Oracle Financial systems.
• Understanding of financial regulatory frameworks such as KYC, AML, and Basel III.
• Experience with fintech SaaS platforms like Workday or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
