About the Role
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) invites candidates to apply for the position of Business Analyst specializing in Centralized Banking System (CBS) based in Thane, Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to accurately gather and document business requirements.
- Address and comprehend customer concerns effectively through regular interactions.
- Track and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and logical completion of tasks.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to guide and manage team members efficiently.
- Plan, strategize, and execute activities aimed at achieving critical project milestones.
