The Business Analysis Manager leads the process of identifying organizational needs, defining effective solutions, and driving the delivery of strategic initiatives. This position acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are comprehensively gathered, clearly defined, and fully aligned with the company's goals. It also involves translating these into actionable plans to guarantee successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to gather, document, and validate requirements from various stakeholders.
• Ensure that all requirements are clear, complete, traceable, and directly support business objectives.
• Serve as the escalation contact for complex or high-risk issues related to requirements.
• Collaborate closely with executives, product owners, technology teams, and external vendors to drive alignment.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and important decision-making meetings.
• Effectively manage conflicting priorities and stakeholders' expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Hold between 6 to 8 years of proven experience in Business Analysis or Product Management roles.
