Job Opportunities

As part of expanding operations, RCC is seeking building construction engineers for multiple levels including Site Engineer, Project Engineer, and Senior Project Engineer for projects based in Sydney. These positions involve hands-on project delivery within complex building environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full cycle of building construction projects from initial works to final completion.
• Oversee subcontractors and coordinate on-site activities.
• Assist in program scheduling, quality assurance, and cost control measures.
• Handle requests for information (RFIs), contract variations, progress claims, and project reporting.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and other members of the project team.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in building construction is mandatory.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Previous roles as Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or Senior Project Engineer demonstrating relevant expertise.
• Comfortable operating on live construction sites within rapid-paced delivery settings.
• Strong communication skills coupled with effective stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Sydney for sustained project engagements.
• Note: Applicants with exclusively civil infrastructure experience (such as roads, rail, or utilities) will only be considered if they have proven building construction exposure.
