Role Overview
Stratcora is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Brand Marketing Manager to join its expanding team. The position will mainly support a key client involved in launching new brands, building partnerships, and driving international market expansion, while occasionally contributing to other client engagements across Stratcora.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building brands from the ground up, shaping compelling messaging, and helping new ventures enter the market with confidence.
What the Role Involves
As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will help develop and launch new brand identities, partnership initiatives, and market-facing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders, designers, digital specialists, and external partners to create the brand assets, websites, and launch materials required to bring new offerings to market successfully.
The role is practical and hands-on, suited to a person who likes variety, works well in a fast-moving environment, stays highly organised, and balances creative thinking with precise execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape brand positioning, messaging structures, and value propositions for new ventures, partnerships, and growth-focused initiatives.
- Produce launch-ready marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, digital content, campaign assets, websites, and sales collateral.
- Build brand foundations, templates, and guidelines that support consistency across channels and markets.
- Handle website content updates and digital assets linked to launches.
- Work with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and to a strong standard.
- Bring forward creative ideas that improve brand awareness, engagement, and market visibility.
- Support the planning and delivery of campaigns across digital, content, and brand channels.
- Assist with additional client projects within the Stratcora portfolio when needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing communications, creative services, or a comparable role.
- Strong capability in brand positioning and messaging.
- Excellent written communication and content development ability.
- A strong visual eye for design, consistency, and brand presentation.
- Experience creating marketing assets for digital, print, presentation, and web use.
- Well-developed project management and organisational skills.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach.
Technical Skills
- Intermediate to advanced Canva skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience managing website content
- Exposure to WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Highly Desirable
- Adobe Illustrator experience
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience supporting website launches and creating web content
- Background in professional services, education, or technology sectors
