Overview
This position, titled Associate Agency Development Manager, is focused on building and leading a sales advisory team to increase product sales in the open market. The compensation offered is a fixed salary up to INR 400,000 per annum, depending on the candidate's performance in the interview, along with additional incentive opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment of a dedicated team of sales advisors.
- Providing training and motivation to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Leading the team to actively sell company products in the open market.
- Effective management and handling of the sales team to meet company targets.
