Branch Operations Executive

About the Role

Along Home Health Care is launching a new branch in Gandhinagar and seeks a dedicated Branch Operations Executive to manage various operational duties, customer support, recruitment, and daily branch activities both at the office and on field.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels, ensuring timely follow-ups and converting them into confirmed service bookings.
• Maintain and regularly update lead records.
• Professional communication with patients and their families to assess needs and offer appropriate home healthcare solutions.
• Address common customer queries and coordinate effectively with operations teams for issue resolution.
• Recruit caretakers and nursing personnel according to service demands, organizing interviews, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain staff attendance and assignment records accurately.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, administrative responsibilities, and report coordination with the Ahmedabad head office.
• Maintain service documentation, support billing, and oversee branch reporting tasks.
• Conduct field visits to client sites, hospitals, and referral centers for service coordination and verification when necessary.
• Assist with marketing and operational activities in the field as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Effective communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi, with English being an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and Email.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with a problem-solving mindset.
• Flexibility to travel locally within Gandhinagar and surrounding areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer support, operations, recruitment, healthcare, or related areas.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based primarily in the Gandhinagar office with occasional fieldwork requirements. Candidates should be prepared for local travel as part of their duties.
