Overview

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Branch Head to oversee plant operations at their Bokaro, Jharkhand location. With the goal of ensuring seamless execution and compliance, the role focuses on leadership of manpower, operations control, maintenance coordination, and client engagement within heavy industrial settings.

Key Duties

• Oversee complete branch and plant operation processes.
• Manage and streamline production and dispatch activities.
• Organize maintenance tasks to optimize equipment uptime.
• Supervise manpower deployment, productivity, and regulatory safety adherence.
• Manage operational expenses, inventory, fuel consumption, and efficient resource use.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships; participate actively in operational review meetings.
• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Mining, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum nine years of experience in plant operations, mining services, material handling, or heavy industrial environments.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and site or branch operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client management skills.
• Experience with steel plant auxiliary operations considered advantageous.

Additional Details

Industry preferences include steel plants, mining, material handling, heavy engineering, industrial services, and plant operations. The salary can go up to 120000 INR per month.
