BIM Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to join a highly regarded engineering and construction firm specializing in data centres across Ireland and Europe. This permanent, office-based role is located in Maynooth, Co. Kildare, offering a competitive salary range from 2,055 to 80,000 annually based on experience, along with additional benefits.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of BIM models among multidisciplinary project groups.
• Create, maintain, and evaluate 3D models utilizing Revit and complementary BIM software.
• Provide support for clash detection, model coordination, and conduct design reviews.
• Ensure compliance with BIM protocols, standards, and project-specific requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with teams across design, engineering, and construction phases throughout project execution.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience working as a BIM Coordinator in construction, engineering, or MEP contexts.
• Proficient with Revit, Navisworks, and comprehensive BIM workflows.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and the principles of digital construction.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• A proactive approach and capability to work cooperatively across multiple disciplines.
