Role Overview
The Business Intelligence Data Analyst is tasked with leading and implementing analytics solutions that facilitate operational and financial decision-making. This role requires ensuring the accuracy, usability, and dependability of data and analytics tools. The Analyst will collaborate closely with business units, Data Engineering, BI, IT, and operational teams to craft scalable analytics capabilities, gather reporting requirements, and produce actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and key business drivers.
- Work with stakeholders to specify reporting needs, key performance indicators, and success measures.
- Confirm the logical accuracy of data, perform testing and reconciliation across various systems.
- Create and manage Power BI dashboards and reports consistently.
- Develop and fine-tune SQL queries and support the ETL workflows.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
- Experience working with Snowflake and SQL database environments.
- High proficiency in SQL and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Background with healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) datasets.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines.
Preferred:
- Experience using Power BI for report generation and visualization.
- Knowledge of analytics platform ecosystems.
- Understanding of data governance and security protocols.
- Experience with project management and version control tools such as Jira and GitHub.

Compensation
Starting salary is $80,000 or more, commensurate with qualifications.
