Job Overview

Your primary responsibility will be to warmly welcome guests upon their arrival and bid them a courteous farewell at departure. This role is crucial in shaping the overall guest service experience, acting as a knowledgeable ambassador and guide within the hotel. Duties include managing lobby traffic and assisting guests, with a strong emphasis on interactive guest engagement, flexibility, and comprehensive understanding of hotel operations.

• Completion of high school education
• Demonstrated experience working in a 5-star hotel environment is mandatory
