About the Role

Join the dynamic hospitality team supporting the modern administrative location in Eltersdorf as a dedicated Barista (m/w/d). You will play a key role in delivering high-quality coffee experiences and snack services to colleagues and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare premium coffee specialties using an espresso machine
• Manage the espresso bar area with care and attention
• Make snacks, cakes, and light meals for between-meal refreshments
• Contribute creatively to the development and enhancement of the menu offerings
• Offer friendly service and advice to internal staff members
• Assist in providing catering support during conferences and events

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in operating an espresso machine
• Strong passion for coffee and delivering excellent service
• Open, communicative, and customer-focused personality
• Enjoy engaging with people in a friendly manner
• Creative flair in designing food items and offerings
• English language skills are beneficial
