About the Role
Jolly Chai Llp is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Chai Barista to become a vital part of our team in Hyderabad. This role involves crafting premium tea and other beverages, ensuring consistent flavor and presentation, along with maintaining a spotless and hygienic work environment.
Primary Duties
- Prepare tea, coffee, and various beverages following standardized recipes.
- Maintain uniform taste and visual appeal for all drinks served.
- Keep the beverage preparation area clean and adhere to hygiene protocols.
- Operate tea-making apparatus carefully and skillfully.
- Track inventory and notify management when ingredient levels run low.
- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Support customers with their orders and deliver courteous service as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members for efficient café functioning.
