About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Team Member to join our enthusiastic team at The Bottle of Sauce, part of the Dodo Pub Co group known for exceptional Neapolitan pizzas, gourmet burgers, and an inviting atmosphere. Our establishment is a community-focused neighbourhood pub committed to offering high-quality products served by passionate individuals.

Role Overview

As a bar staff member, you will deliver an excellent selection of craft beers, wines, and cocktails with deep knowledge and enthusiasm to customers who appreciate quality and a vibrant community experience. You will also play a supportive role in daily pub operations and build meaningful relationships with local patrons.

Food & Beverage

Our kitchen specializes in authentic Neapolitan pizzas prepared in a 450°C oven, along with delicious burgers, brunch options, and sides designed to satisfy diverse tastes.
