Key Responsibilities

• Deliver delightful customer experiences by embodying Everyday ACTs: Acknowledge, Care & Thank through your baking and interactions.
• Maintain stringent food safety and hygiene standards by keeping all workstations clean, organised, and ready for audits.
• Lead and support the bakery team, fostering a culture focused on wellbeing, resilience, and collective achievement.
• Continuously develop your baking techniques and leadership capabilities through ongoing learning and curiosity.
• Manage the high-pressure, physically demanding environment and meet tight deadlines confidently.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a formal baking qualification or possess industry-equivalent credentials.
• Have prior experience working in a busy bakery setting, thriving in fast-paced conditions.

Working Hours and Schedule

The work schedule includes shifts on Tuesday through Saturday, each from 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
