Compensation is paid on a weekly basis. After completing one year of service and meeting eligibility requirements, employees can access an industry-leading benefits package, which includes a selection of medical plans, dental and vision coverage, up to $5,250 per year in tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, short-term disability, various insurance options (life, accident, critical illness, business travel), identity theft protection, an employee assistance program, and an annual holiday bonus.
