Back-end Executive

Job Overview

We seek a Back-end Executive proficient in crafting proposals and handling tender submissions, particularly in ICT infrastructure solutions. The role demands excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and effective communication. Knowledge of English and regional languages such as Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop proposals by understanding client requirements for ICT infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to create compliant and detailed proposals.
• Engage with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to align specifications and ensure compliance.
• Manage submissions for tenders and bidding processes including handling tasks related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.

Requirements

• Strong command over Excel and PowerPoint tools for document and presentation creation.
• Excellent communication skills including proficiency in English; knowledge of Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu is an advantage.
• Ability to comprehend and translate ICT infrastructure requirements into effective proposals.
• Experience or familiarity with tendering and bidding processes, especially involving GeM portal.
