Role Overview

We seek an innovative and skilled Automation Expert to create, develop, and sustain AI-powered workflows and automation processes that boost operational productivity. Collaboration with diverse teams is essential to craft scalable low-code/no-code automation solutions using platforms such as n8n, Sapphire, and OpenAI's ChatGPT. This role demands problem-solving enthusiasm and a strong passion for applying AI technologies practically.

Primary Responsibilities

• Craft and fine-tune prompts to improve AI (LLM)-powered tools' effectiveness, particularly through OpenAI APIs.
• Develop and manage automation workflows utilizing platforms like n8n or comparable tools such as Zapier and Make.
• Integrate multiple software tools and APIs (e.g., CRMs, databases, Slack, email platforms) to optimize business operations.
• Experiment with and deploy conversational and task-oriented AI agents leveraging ChatGPT and other LLM services.
• Engage with product, operations, and engineering stakeholders to pinpoint automation opportunities.
• Track and analyze workflow performance, maintain logs, and iterate improvements based on user feedback.
• Document processes, best practices, and design guidelines for prompts and automation workflows.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in automation engineering, AI integration, or related fields.
• Proficiency with automation platforms like n8n, Sapphire, Zapier, or Make.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, including ChatGPT and GPT-4, for automating business tasks and generating content.
• Solid knowledge of prompt engineering and understanding of large language models’ language processing.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and the integration of third-party services.
• Basic scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and independent problem-solving capabilities.
