Role Overview
We seek a full-time, on-site Autoline Specialist based in Muscat. This role focuses on supporting the Autoline dealer management system and enhancing automotive business processes related to sales, service, parts, and finance. The specialist is tasked with configuring and maintaining various system modules, monitoring overall performance, and addressing user concerns in cooperation with IT and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Autoline system modules to optimize dealership functions.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical or functional issues promptly.
- Collaborate with software vendors for troubleshooting and software enhancements when necessary.
- Train end users and prepare comprehensive documentation and user guides.
- Ensure accurate data entry and internal reporting across sales, service, parts, and finance operations.
- Work with management to improve workflow efficiency, data accuracy, and customer service outcomes.
Candidate Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Autoline or similar dealer management or ERP systems, including system setup and user support.
- Strong analytical and technical aptitude, capable of diagnosing issues and producing precise operational reports.
- Understanding of the automotive dealership business, including sales, service, parts inventory, and financial processes.
- Effective communication and instructional skills to assist users and foster cross-department collaboration.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, emphasizing data integrity and process advancements.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with familiarity working with databases or management information systems.
- A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Experience in automotive or retail sectors is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Muscat and adapt to evolving business requirements within a team-driven environment.
