Associate Product Manager - Home Lending

About the Role

At ASB Bank, a leading financial institution in New Zealand, we strive to make banking simpler and more intuitive for our customers. We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our Home Lending team, contributing to an important transformation project aimed at modernizing home loan applications.

As part of the Home Lending Transformation (NextLend) initiative, you will support product development efforts, help prioritize the roadmap, and ensure our products align with customer needs, business goals, and regulatory standards. Working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, frontline teams, and other stakeholders, you’ll gain valuable exposure to product management practices and support delivery of enhancements that improve customer and lender experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing product initiatives within the home lending transformation program.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and gather customer and business insights.
• Support prioritization and delivery of product enhancements that meet customer, business, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with frontline staff and stakeholders to represent both customer and lender perspectives.
