Associate Clinical Research Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Associate Clinical Research Associate to join IQVIA's Multi-Sponsored team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in various therapeutic areas and cultivate a rewarding career within a leading global organization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conducting site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials.
• Assisting in the formulation and implementation of strategies for subject recruitment.
• Assessing the quality and compliance of site operations with regulatory standards such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Council on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines.
• Managing study progress through tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment efforts, case report form completion, and addressing data queries.
• Working collaboratively with site experts and client representatives to ensure smooth study conduct.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possession of a university degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry or clinical trials environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office suite.
• Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational capabilities paired with time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and sustain effective professional relationships with team members, management, and clients.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.
• Valid Class B driver's license.
