Assistant Store Manager

Position Overview

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing store operations to maximize sales and profitability through staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, merchandising, and inventory control, following company policies. This role focuses on delivering excellent guest services and maintaining a smooth-running retail environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $14.75 to $15.00, depending on qualifications and experience. Job Requirements and Physical Demands

Candidates must be at least 18 years old. Prior retail and/or management experience is mandatory. The role requires standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds for more than eight hours daily.
