Join our hotel team as an Assistant Recreation Manager and play a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences by managing health club operations. You'll support the delivery of exceptional hospitality through overseeing fitness, spa, and wellness services within the hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon, assisting the Manager or Director.
• Lead and guide the health club team by scheduling, training, and supervising employees to ensure seamless and high-quality guest interactions.
• Provide direct support by stepping into staff roles when necessary to maintain service standards across all guest-facing functions.
• Contribute to business functions including marketing, merchandise management, event programming, inventory control, and financial tracking to optimize engagement and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards to maintain the wellbeing of guests and team members.
