Assistant Key Account Manager

Role Overview

The Assistant Key Account Manager will focus on expanding the Singapore portfolio by strategically developing key accounts, minimizing loss or termination of accounts, and nurturing relationships to encourage growth and stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to portfolio growth by managing and developing Singapore key accounts to maintain and increase sales volume while preventing account reduction or loss.
• Manage ongoing client relationships to boost sales, analyze sales performance, and optimize trading activities effectively.
• Identify strategic account clients and devise penetration strategies, reviewing progress regularly during monthly meetings.
• Develop proposals, negotiate contract terms, and execute agreements with a strong focus on achieving favorable financial outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with relevant department heads to prepare and submit tenders for key accounts.
• Maintain consistent and proactive communications with key accounts via phone calls and face-to-face meetings.
• Generate precise and timely reports related to key accounts, including sales analysis, termination tracking, and business development insights.
• Prepare detailed customer profiles, activity reports, and regional key account review documents.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reports to customers in line with agreed service levels and KPIs.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales focused on key accounts within the service industry, demonstrating the ability to meet sales, profitability, and budget objectives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that enable effective interaction with both internal teams and external clients.
• Capability to perform well under pressure and consistently meet established targets.
