Assistant Front Store Manager (Flexible Shifts)

About the Role

As an Assistant Front Store Manager, you will work closely with the Front Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the retail location. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient product movement, and store profitability. Your leadership and decision-making will directly impact both staff performance and customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the management team in upholding high store standards for cleanliness, organization, and customer satisfaction, including in backroom areas.
• Assist with monitoring and adjusting staff schedules using workforce management tools to enhance productivity and maintain sufficient staffing levels.
• Participate in recruitment activities (excluding pharmacy roles), wage administration, and foster employee engagement in accordance with company guidelines.
• Plan and prepare for effective inventory management, aiming to optimize product flow from the backroom to the sales floor.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff by modeling company core values and encouraging "Blue Culture" engagement.
• Employ sound judgment and decision-making to control operational expenses and drive store profitability.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support corporate initiatives and business growth.
