Job Overview

We seek an energetic and skilled Field Executive responsible for spearheading collections and sales activities in the Bhopal region. Candidates with experience in business loan collections or financial service sales, who possess strong people skills, knowledge of the local market, and a focus on meeting targets, will thrive in this role.

Key Duties

• Identify and convert MSME loan prospects through on-ground visits.
• Clearly communicate product details and customer eligibility requirements.
• Gather and verify KYC and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline loan processing.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives and nurture client relations.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess a graduate degree in any discipline.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in field sales or financial services.
• Demonstrate effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Motivated to engage in field-based activities.
• Basic understanding of loans and MSME sector is advantageous.
