We are seeking an experienced Architect (w/m/d) skilled in handling complex monument preservation, existing building projects, and timber construction to join our team as soon as possible. The role focuses on performance phases 5 through 8.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6-8 years professional experience across all project phases
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Proactive and motivated demeanor
• Strong time management and target orientation
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with preferred experience in team leadership
• Conceptual and solution-focused thinking
• Deep knowledge of VOB (Construction Contract Procedures) and BayBO (Bavarian Building Code)
• Proficiency in CAD software, AVA (tendering and contract awarding) programs, and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in German with excellent written and spoken communication
